Cham Pain
6' 1" - 202 lbs.
Las Vegas, Nevada

The former male exotic dancer who turned in his g-string in favor of the wrestling ring is known by many names. Often called "The Ric Flair of the Indys" and "The Extreme Lucha Icon," Cham Pain is among the best unsigned talent on the independent circuit today. A mainstay of OMEGA in the 1990's, where he held the OMEGA Heavyweight Championship and New Frontier Championship, Pain rechristened himself Puck Dupp and joined Extreme Championship Wrestling in 1999 as one-third of the Dupp Family, with fellow OMEGA vets Otto Schwanz (Bo Dupp) and Mike Maverick (Jack Dupp). Nagging injuries coupled with a rigorous travelling schedule prevented Pain from making the impact he desired on ECW, so he returned to the independent circuit in 2000 and quickly captured a string of championships. In 2001, WCW and OMEGA alumni Shannon Moore returned to renew a rivalry that lit up OMEGA and other Carolina promotions for years and even the score with Pain, most notably in a spirited battle at "The Final Cut" in June. In August of 2001, Pain suddenly announced his retirement from the sport, citing that his time had come and gone. No one expected Pain, long known and respected as a man of his word, to come back, but FWA-Carolinas shocked the independent wrestling world by bringing Pain back in January 2002 at Ultimatum. Rested, revitalized, fresh, and healthy, Pain is ready to once again to show the world what he can do. With his finisher the Painkiller, a breathtaking corkscrew plancha, and his partnership with C.W. Anderson, Cham Pain's impact on FWA-Carolinas and all other promotions he competes in is sure to be felt.
