Another official within FWA Carolinas, but unlike head referee Vern Stephens, Richardson has been known to occasionally turn a blind eye to illegal tactics and be easily distracted during a match to benefit rulebreakers.

It is rumored that Richardson feels unappreciated by the FWA Carolinas office and fans, and as a result, holds some animosity towards the very popular Senior Referee Vern Stephens. It is also believed, although never acknowledged by either party, that Richardson is quietly a HYP sympathizer, which would explain his tendency to never quite catch outside interference from the faction's members.
