Otto Schwanz
6' 5" - 267 lbs.
Memphis, Tenn.

Former FWA-Carolinas Heavyweight Champion

The self-proclaimed "greatest" wrestler in FWA Carolinas, Otto Schwanz began his career in OMEGA, the revolutionary North Carolina based promotion that served as a launching pad for many of today's top wrestlers. In late 1999, Schwanz journeyed to Extreme Championship Wrestling under his alias Bo Dupp, alongside his cousins Jack Dupp (aka Mike Maverick) and Puck Dupp (aka Cham Pain). Jack and Bo were eventually signed to World Wrestling Federation contracts and the two spent considerable time in the WWF's developmental territories, namely Memphis and Ohio Valley Wrestling, before being released in the spring of 2001. From there, Schwanz returned to his independent roots, angrier than ever and eager to take out his frustrations on any who encountered him. Schwanz quickly racked up an impressive string of victories, many of which came courtesy of his patented finisher the Brain Scrambler. In late 2001, Schwanz began an intense feud with Madd Maxx, even having a hand in costing Maxx the FWA Carolinas Heavyweight Championship. The two continue to battle for number one contendership all across the Southeast and Schwanz vows he will not rest until he has captured the FWA Carolinas Heavyweight Title.

Schwanz captured the FWA Carolinas Heavyweight Title from "NiteStic" Eddie Brown and is now prepared to defend his championship against anyone brave enough to challenge him. Schwanz is also appearing on Pay Per View every Wednesday night as "Bo Dupp" for the NWA-TNA.
