From the Office of the President

September 29, 1998

After reviewing all printed, photographic, and video taped evidence, and interviewing those I deemed necessary, I feel it necessary to take the following actions:

Referee Jeff Richards - The restarting of a match in which you had counted a pinfall is detrimental to our company. However, upon review, I stand by your judgement. The count was much quicker, and you did what was only fair. In fairness to Scotty the Body, I will sign a rematch with Randy Taylor as soon as possible. Your handling of the North American Title Match deserves much praise. Personally, I would like a wrester from the Pacific Northwest to capture the NA belt, but not under controversial circumstances. You have preserved the reputation of Pacific Northwest Championship Wrestling. Thank you for your hard work.

The Grappler - Despite being one of the best mat wrestlers in the business, you will take about any short-cut to win. While I admire your ability, I deplore your actions. Your conduct in the North American Title Match against Slim Dragger would have caused harm to this company had not the honest Jeff Richards made the correct decision. You had Dragger beat fairly, yet you stooped to loading your mask to insure the victory. I am fining you $5,000 for your actions. I will attempt to sign a rematch, but I will understand if Mr. Dragger refuses and will not complain to the NeWA Championship Committee if he does.

The Crazy Ones, Maniac Mike and The Missing Link - This fued between yourselves, The Serial Thrillaz, and The Alpha Males, is certainly generating a lot of money for PNW. All the fans want to see each of you beat the brains out of each other. However, when you are on public property and damage private property (Mr. Maverick's car) you are stepping outside of the PNW's domain and can suffer legal actions. I have convinced the District Attorney not to prosecute you both for this incident based on your current mental status. In order to do this, the city of Longview demanded that you two not ever come back to their city and to pay a fine of $2,500. I have assured them that I will not schedule you to compete in Longview and paid the fine (of which I have deducted from your checks). Mr. Maverick's insurance company will not pay for the damages because they have video proof of who did the damage. Therefore I have also deducted the costs of repairing his car from your checks as well, estimated at $8,500.

The Serial Thrillaz, Mike Maverick and Shane Helms- You boys have really messed up. Keeping somebody out of Longview, Washington is one thing, but you two had to pull a stunt in our home town of Portland! Breaking and entering, assault and battery, drinking and driving, and it's all on tape! The hospital was generous enough not to file charges as long as I was generous to donate a considerable sum of money to their fine facilities. Needless to say you boys are not going to be making much money for quite some time unless you win the World Tag Team Titles to boost your income as I am garnishing your wages to help pay for that generous donation. As for the Portland Police, they said they are going to be looking out for you and there was nothing I could do if they caught you. And for all the trouble you have caused me, I am fining you the same $8,500 that you have received from The Crazy Ones for the damages to your car.

The Alpha Males, Fenris Cole and Wendigo Rockamora- I have sympathy for you two. You most likely had the PNW Tag Team Titles won and would have received the World Tag Team Title shot in Seattle, had it not been for The Crazy Ones interference. But, that does not condone your actions in Seattle that changed the outcome of the match. I only see one way to settle this fairly for everyone. A three-way Hell-in-a-Cell match...all three teams battling it out for the titles. No one can get out, no one can get in, you can all beat each other to death and no one is going to stop it.

Gary Brown and Blade - While there is nothing more that I want as to have more talented wrestlers competing in PNW, I cannot tolerate inappropriate language on my television programs. This is live tv, so I can't edit it when you two go cursing and offending the audience, and the FCC. They do not play. The FCC has warned the television stations that carry our show that their licenses could be suspended if it happens again and have fined us $50,000! Now, neither one of you have generated that kind of money for my company so you know where you are on my list now. Blade, your pay for Seattle has been kept to help offset that fine. And believe me, you still owe me more. I hope you two can get some action going and bring in some more fans and a bigger tv audience to help me recoup that fine...or else...
