"Night of Champions"
"Breathe" by Prodigy blares out over the PA. The crowd stands
and starts to cheer. Fireworks go off and out walk The Crazy Ones. They
both are wearing the NeWA World Tag Team Titles around their waists. The
Maniac is wearing a "Misfits: Damn We Are Good!" t-shirt. The
Link is wearing a "Where Am I!" t-shirt. They walk to the ring.
They enter the ring and the Maniac goes to one corner and The Link goes
to the other. They raise their arms in the air and more fireworks go off.
The Maniac gets down and grabs a microphone from the ring announcer. The
Link gets down and sits in the corner with a smile on
his face. The Maniac begins to speak.
Maniac: "PNW, HEE HEE, YOUR CHAMPS ARE BACK! (The crowd cheers.)
Oh boy, hee hee, seems like you people are into this night hunh. (The crowd
cheers some more.) Well you people are in for a treat tonight, hee hee,
because the Misfits are almost in full force tonight. Slim is not here right
now, hee hee, but you people get to see Neurosis defend his title, hee hee,
then you get to see Stephen defend his titles tonight, (the crowd cheers)
hee hee, oh yeah, and then you get to see your champs beat the crap out
of the Rebels."
The crowd goes nuts. The Link jumps up from his corner and looks around
at the crowd. He looks confused but then smiles. he goes over and sits on
the mat next to the Maniac.
Maniac: "Oh yeah tonight, hee hee, Rebels your asses get
in the cage and get beat up. Rebels, hee hee, we want to thank you, hee
hee, you see we were getting too soft, hee hee, but your attack woke us
up, hee hee, and now HARDCORE IS BACK! (The crowd cheers.) Rebels, hee hee,
tonight isn't going to be pretty, hee hee, there is going to be blood spilled
and people hurt, hee hee, but that's the way we like it. Tonight, hee hee,
Rebels, hee hee, you will FEEL THE......."
The Maniac puts the microphone down to The Link.
Link and the crowd: "PPPPPPPPPAAAAAAAAIIIIIIINNNNNNNNN!"
The Link looks around and smiles. The Maniac starts to speak again.
Maniac: "Rebels, hee hee, your time is coming. Now onto some
other business, hee hee, Dream YOUR ASS IS OURS! Dream the Misfits are tired
of your, hee hee, crap and tonight we are going to take care of that. We
will get our hands on you tonight, hee hee, one way or another. Tonight,
hee hee, the Misfits have a few surprises, hee hee, for the PNW and for
the fans. See you all real soon. BE AFRAID, HEE HEE (the crowd joins in),
BE VERY VERY AFRAID!"
The Maniac throws the mic to the ground. The Link stands up and they
raise there arms in the air. Fireworks go off and the crowd cheers. "Breathe"
blares out again and they leave the ring with big smiles on their faces.
The walk back to the dressing room area.

The Blackjacks & The Grappler

J.B. Magnum starts off the match with Blackjack Harris. Magnum
blocks a punch by Harris and counters with one of his own. Magnum drops
Harris with a Russian leg sweep and tags in Jason Ramsey. Ramsey and Magnum
whip Harris into the ropes and flip him high into the air with a double
backdrop. Ramsey picks him up and executes a vertical suplex. Ramsey tags
in Chris Mann and they nail Harris with a double elbow. Mann applies a sitting
abdominal stretch. Harris is in trouble...Blackjack Williams comes in to
break up the hold. Jason Ramsey is in and squares off with Williams...The
Grappler comes in and is met by Magnum. All six are brawling in the ring.
J.R. Ewing is up on the arpon...and tosses a pair of brass knuckles to Harris.
He swings at Mann...and misses...Mann lifts him up and down with an atomic
drop...but Harris nailed him while in the air with the knucks! Both men
are down! Williams and Ramsey are outside of the ring fighting. Magnum tosses
The Grappler out of the ring and heads for Harris. Douglas Dream is up on
the apron now...here comes Mike Bell down the aisle! The crowd is on its
feet cheering! Dream distracts Magnum as Harris and Mann begin to stand.
The Grappler and Blackjack Williams are doubling up on Ramsey outside of
the ring. Bell pushes Dream into the ring! Magnum grabs him and puts him
in the "Jaws of Defeat," his version of the scorpion deathlock!
The fans are going wild! But J.R. Ewing has handed the bullrope to Harris
and he clobbers J.B. Magnum from behind with the cowbell attached to it!
Chris Mann slips up from behind Harris and rolls him back with a school-boy
pin attempt! Referee PeeWee Burke counts: One, two, three!!! The D.W.A.
wins via pinfall in 12:49. ***3/4
Mann is up celebrating the pinfall as Harris picks up the bullrope
and rings the cowbell to the back of Mann's head. Williams gets in the ring
and The Blackjacks begin choking Mann with the bullrope! Ramsey tries to
get in the ring but The Grappler drops him with a loaded headbutt. Magnum
climbs up to the apron but J.R. Ewing grabs his leg...and then The Grappler
takes him down. Douglas Dream is in the ring directing the beating of Mann
at the hands of the Blackjacks. Down the aisle comes...Misfit members The
Crazy Ones, Stephen Greer, and Neurosis! The Crazy Ones dive into the ring
and begin brawling with The Blackjacks! Greer chases J.R. Ewing around the
ring and up the aisle...and Neurosis is after Douglas Dream...with a screwdriver!!!
The Crazy Ones are fighting with The Blackjacks...here comes The Rebels!!!
There's fighting going on everywhere...security is down trying to break
all this up and we're only one match into the show!!!

Hyuk Suh Kim is waiting in the ring for the champion. Suddenly
music begins to blast from the sound system in the Key Arena. Marilyn Manson's
"Tourniqet" fills the huge arena for several minutes with no sign
of Willow the Whisp. Finally, Willow walks out with his title belt strapped
on backwards. He's carrying an Oriental fan that is fully open and fanning
himself with it. Willow runs to the ring but doesn't enter it while the
erie music continues to play. Willow places the now folded fan under the
bottom turnbuckle, unsnaps his title belt letting it fall to the floor.
He slides under the ropes and is met with an aggressive Hyuk Suh Kim. Kim
drops a big knee to Willow at he enters. Kim drops a series of knee blows
to Willow then pulls him up...and a quick snap suplex. Kim covers him...referee
Jeff Richards counts: One, two, kickout. Kim hooks the arm of Willow and
bars it. Willow struggles and gets his feet into the ropes for a break.
Kim moves in taking a leg...but Willow counters by flipping over and scissoring
Kim's body! Willow releases the hold and headbutts Kim viciously. Kim is
stunned...Willow locks his arms around Kim and throws him backwards with
a release German suplex. Kim lands hard on the base of his neck. Willow
races across the ring into and off the ropes dropping a lightning fast leg
drop to the back of Kim's neck...Willow is up and does it for second time.
Willow rolls Kim over and covers him. Referee Jeff Richards counts: One,
two, kickout! Willow pulls Kim up by the hair...flips him up to Willow's
shoulders and runs with him across the ring...leaps and drops Kim with a
running powerbomb!!! Here's the pin attempt...One, two, thr-shoulder up!!!
Willow picks him up...shoots Kim into the ropes...a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker!!!
Willow signals for this finisher...the "Willow in the Wind"...he
runs up the turnbuckles...flips backwards...with a twist...and crashes down
on Kim...on Kim's knees!!! Kim got his knees up!!! Willow is hurt!!! Kim
is slow to get up...Willow is up but still bent over. Kim jumps up and drops
a guillotine leg kick to the back of Willow's head. Willow is down face
first on the mat. Kim moves in for his finisher...the knee is at the back
of his head...he grabs the left arm of Willow...but Willow reaches out and
gets the folded fan in the corner. Kim leans up to hook the left arm deep...and
Willow stabs the fan into Kim's eyes! Kim falls backwards to the mat. Referee
Jeff Richards saw it. He calls for the bell. Hyuk Suh Kim wins via DQ
at 13:19. **** Richards is trying to help Kim. Willow gets up and shoves
Richards out of the way. He picks up Kim and executes a backbreaker on him.
Willow runs up the turnbuckles...flips over backwards...with a twist...and
crushes Kim with the "Willow in the Wind!" Willow counts the pin...1-2-3.
Willow slides out of the ring and grabs his title belt...swinging it around
in the air as the boos of the crowd drown out his music playing.

Surge |
Surge is waiting in the ring as Neurosis approaches. Surge moves
to attack Neurosis each time he tries to get in the ring. Neurosis finally
slides under the bottom rope into the ring only to be met with a flurry
of stomps to the head from Surge. He lifts Neurosis up and whips him into
the ropes...and levels Neurosis with a clothesline! Surge covers him and
senior referee Sandy Barr counts: One, two, kickout. Surge picks him up
but Neurosis thumbs Surge in the eye. Neurosis locks his arms around Surge
and executes a belly-to-belly suplex. Neurosis hooks the leg...Barr counts:
One, kickout. Neurosis stands and drops an elbow to Surge...then another...and
another. Neurosis pulls Surge up...hooks his head...and lifts Surge up into
the air...down with a brain buster! Neurosis covers him...referee Sandy
Barr counts: One, two, thr-shoulder up! Neurosis whips Surge into the ropes
and bends over for a backdrop...Surge dives over him...hooking the hips...for
a sunset flip pin attempt! Sandy Barr counts: One, two, thr-kickout! Surge
nails Neurosis with a haymaker right as he stands up...then tosses Neurosis
out of the ring. Neurosis stands just as Surge leaps up and over the top
rope with the "Cloud Burst" dive...taking Neurosis down hard to
the floor. Both men are slow to get up...Surge grabs Neurosis and whips
him into the guardrail. The crowd goes wild! Surge rolls Neurosis back into
the ring...and then climbs to the top turnbuckle...but someone has hit the
ring! It's Omega!!! He's pounding on Neurosis!!! Referee Sandy Barr signals
for the bell. Neurosis wins via DQ due to outside interference at
9:02. ***1/2
Surge dives off the top turnbuckle nailing Omega with a flying
clothesline! Surge is standing up with his hands raised as Neurosis and
Omega are down on the mat. The lights in the Key Arena flicker two times
then a man in black with a red mask runs to the ring...slides under the
bottom rope with a chair and nails Surge with it in the back of his head!!!
The masked man drills Surge again and again with the chair. Neurosis slides
out under the bottom rope and grabs his TV Title belt. Omega stands up and
looks around as if he's unsure who the masked man is. Surge begins to get
to his knees...the masked man drops the chair...lifts up Surge and powerbombs
him on the chair. The masked man pulls off the black sweatshirt to reveal
a sleeveless black t-shirt with the letters "IOV" on it. He then
pulls off the mask to reveal....IT'S POWER!!!
Omega grabs a mic and tosses it to him.
Power: "Listen up, Power is in the HOUSE!!!! All I've heard
for the past couple of months is 'Where is Power? What's going on with
Power?' Well, thanks to that piece of trash Surge my career was almost
ended. BUT YOU DIDN'T GET THE JOB DONE, SURGE!"
Power turns to Omega and gives him the "V" sign and laughs.
Power: "Now, Surge, doctors won't clear me to wrestle until
about the 26th. That's just in time for the NeWA PPV - if you catch my drift.
Surge, let's settle this the way we did back in the RWWF..."
Power points to the ceiling.
Power: "That's right, Surge, if you got any guts at all,
at the PPV - me and you, 'Night of the Skywalkers'. Sound familiar? Just
like before, me and you in a scaffold match! Owens, sign this match - I
don't care about what the doctors say, just do it! Surge, at the PPV, I'm
gonna end your career!"
Power then stands on the second rope in the corner and raises his hands
and says...
Power: "People...I'M BACK!!"

Gino Hernandez |
Gino Hernandez is in the ring with fellow Legend member, The
Grappler. They appear to be discussing strategy until the PNW Champion,
Powerman 5000 makes his way down the aisle. His music ends after he enters
the ring. The crowd is split with cheers and boos. The Grappler exits the
ring and walks up the aisle to the back. Referee Jeff Richards displays
the championship belt then starts the bout. Hernandez stalls for the first
five minutes of the match...the crowd is now worked into a frenzy wanting
Powerman to get a hold of Hernandez. Finally they lock up but Hernandez
gets a knee up into Powerman's midsection. Hernandez pulls him by the mask
upright and delivers a stinging chop to the chest...then another...and one
more that backs Powerman into the corner. Hernandez lays three stiff punches
into Powerman's face that has staggered him. Hernandez pulls him out of
the corner and executes a full standing suplex...he's holds Powerman vertically
for at least ten seconds before dropping him hard to the mat. Hernandez
covers him...hooks the leg...Richards is there for the count: One, two,
thr-shoulder up! The crowd pops loudly. Hernandez whips him into the ropes...Powerman
ducks the elbow...and runs up the ropes...flips backwards...landing on Hernandez
with the Asai moonsault! Powerman 5000 has the pin...Richards counts: One,
two, thr-shoulder up! The crowd lets out loud sigh of disbelief as the "Handsome
Half-Breed" managed to escape the pin. Powerman pulls him up by the
hair...spins him around...and hooks him around the head. Powerman lifts
him up and down with a brain buster! Powerman covers him...Richards counts:
One, two, thr-shoulder up! Again the crowd thought it was over. Powerman
pulls Hernandez back up...hooks the arms...and executes a double arm DDT!!!
Powerman 5000 climbs to the top turnbuckle and waits for Hernandez to get
up...then leaps off with a missile dropkick that lands right on the chin
of Hernandez! The crowd goes wild as Powerman 5000 makes the cover. They
count with referee Jeff Richards: One, two, three!!! Powerman is up with
his hands raised...but referee Jeff Richards is pointing to the ropes as
Hernandez's leg is clearly draped over the bottom rope. Richards signals
that he did not count three...the match must continue! Powerman 5000 pulls
Hernandez up...and sits him on the top turnbuckle. The crowd is going crazy
now as they know what is next. Powerman starts his ascent but coming down
the aisle is The Grappler! Close behind him is..."The Natural"
Mike Bell! Powerman is on the top about to perform the PM5K Strike as he
sees The Grappler at ringside...Powerman dives off the top turnbuckle onto
The Grappler with a plancha! Gino Hernandez climbs down from the top rope
and grabs the referee to prevent him from seeing what's happening. Mike
Bell is at ringside and picks up a chair...he swings it taking out The Grappler!
He points to the ring for Powerman to get in. Powerman looks confused...not
sure whether to turn his back or not. Powerman walks to the ring apron to
get back in the ring. The Grappler reaches up and nuts Bell! The Grappler
picks up the chair and nails Powerman 5000 in the back just as Powerman
was pulling himself up by the ropes. Powerman 5000 collapses to the floor.
The Grappler lays the chair on top of Mike Bell and runs back up the aisle.
Jeff Richards finally gets away from Gino Hernandez and sees Powerman outside
of the ring...he begins to count. Mike Bell is getting up...he has the chair
in his hands. Powerman 5000 sits up and sees Bell with the chair just as
Richards yells "10" and the bell rings. Gino Hernandez wins
via count-out in 17:33. ****
Powerman 5000 points his finger at Mike Bell. Bell throws down
the chair and it looks like the two are going to fight. Powerman walks over
and picks up the PNW Title belt...points to it and tells Bell, "You'll
never get a shot!" Then he walks to the back.

Claymore pulls Greer up...and executes a reverse DDT!!! Claymore again covers
him...Barr counts: One, two, thr-shoulder up!!! Claymore pulls Greer up...whips
him into the ropes...leans over for a backdrop...but Greer kicks him in
the face! Greer drops a knee to the head of Claymore. Greer goes to the
second rope and leaps off with an elbow drop to the neck of Claymore. Greer
hooks the leg...Barr counts: One, two, thr-kickout! Greer pulls Claymore
up...shoots him into the ropes...and drops him with a flying forearm! Greer
signals for his finisher...Greer hooks him...and delivers "The Attitude
Adjustment!" Greer half-nelsons Claymore...Sandy Barr counts: One,
two, three! Stephen Greer wins via pinfall at 12:42. ***3/4
Here comes The Boog-Man to the ring...he's attacking Stephen
Greer! Boog-Man picks him up and runs with Greer on his shoulder...a running
powerslam! Kelly Evans is in the ring and whacks Boog-Man with the cane!
Here comes Neurosis! He nails the Boog-Man from behind with a chair. Claymore
is up and Greer drops him with a clothesline. Here comes Surge! But The
Crazy Ones are right behind him! Greer and Neurosis throw the Boog-Man over
the top rope to the floor...then begin pounding on Claymore as The Crazy
Ones work over Surge. Security comes downs and pulls the Misfits off the
Overlords.

The Rebels come out first and enter the cell with a microphone.
They go in the ring and Rick Evans speaks.
Rick Evans: "Seattle, Washinton, take a look at the greatest
tag team in the NeWA. (Rick then holds the mic out and the fans boo loudly.
Rick smiles and continues.) You fans boo all you want, the fact is we are
just moments away from beating those Crazy Crack Whores and becoming the
new NeWA World Tag Team Champions. And if you Seattle idiots don't like
it...you SUCK! Crazy Ones, tonight will be your last night coming out to
a match with the NeWA World Tag Team Titles...for tonight boys, we are going
to hurt you bad and take your precious titles away. See you boys are nothing
but trash that tonight we are going to take out and can't nobody stop us.
After this is all said and done, Crazy Ones, you will find out that you
are not unbeatable and that you are not the BEST. You are the looking at
the best damn tag team the NeWA has to offer and that my friends is nothing
short of a fact."
Rick then hands the mic to Buck Smith.
Buck Smith: "Crazy Ones I look around this caged ring and
I see lots of ways tonight we can hurt you boys. I will use everything in
this match to hurt you boys and teach you a lesson you will never forget.
Boys bring your sorry low class behinds out here right now...so we can kick
your ass! Come on out!"
Buck then drops the mic as "Breathe" by Prodigy rings through
the Key Arena and the Crazy Ones appear from behind the curtains. The run
to the ring...dropping the tag titles on the way...they're in the cell and
all hell breaks loose! The cell is locked and the match begins. It's a four-way
slobberknocker!!!
Here comes PNW's Vice President, Douglas Dream, along with The Blackjacks!
The Blackjacks hold the timekeeper as Dream takes the key to the cell from
him. Dream opens the door and sends in The Blackjacks!!! Dream closes the
door and locks it back. It's four on two!!! The Rebels are beating on Maniac
Mike while The Blackjacks are pounding on The Missing Link!!! Both The Crazy
Ones are busted wide open! The blood is flowing...The Crazy Ones will be
lucky just to get out of the cell alive!
Douglas Dream is laughing and taunting The Crazy Ones through the cell.
The fans are near riot at this point...but down the aisle comes...fellow
Misfit members Stephen Greer and Neurosis...and right behind them are The
Iron Men, Jason Ramsey and Chris Mann!!! The Iron Men grab Dream and Greer
takes the key from him...unlocks the cell...and the Misfits and Iron Men
enter the cell!!! The Iron Men go after The Blackjacks and the Misfits take
on The Rebels!!! The Crazy Ones are out...but we've got eight men fighting
inside the cell anyway! The Crazy Ones are beginning to recover.
Down the aisle comes The Overlords, Claymore and Surge! They enter the
open cell and join in the fray jumping on The Crazy Ones! This thing is
beyond out of control!!! Dream has called in the security...off-duty Seattle
Police...they're calling in for back up. The fighting is still raging in
the cage! Here comes more police...they're cuffing them as quickly as they
can...and hauling them away to the paddy-wagon. What a wild one. This
match is thrown out as a no contest.

The crowd is going wild at Key Arena in Seattle when suddenly
"This Means War!!" By Busta Rhymes starts to play.The crowd looks
toward the entrance wondering which new superstar uses that music when out
comes the NeWA World Champion, Nightmare, flanked by "Regulator"
members Lady Death, Sandman and The Hard Luck Crew. The crowd instantly
gets on their feet and cheer madly. "The Regulators" make their
way down to the ring totally ignoring the fans reaching out over the guard
rail to touch them.They enter the ring and Nightmare grabs the mic from
the ring announcer and starts to speak.
Nightmare: "Good evening Seattle, Washington. It's been quite
some time sinceI've stepped foot in this wet ass state and I can honestly
say that I would have preferred not having to come here for the rest of
my life."
The crowd boos loudly.
Nightmare: "Now I know all of you have been wondering what
I've been up to lately because I've been the quietest I've ever been in
my career after winning the only title that matters in this sport. Well,
to be honest, I've been in Hollywood, California filming movies and doing
Sprite commercials because when you're a champ like me, you can do sh*t
like that. But now the time has come for me to defend my World Title against
the losers in the NeWA and tonight the loser of choice is Adam Fierce. Now
Adam is a good wrestler and I'm sure he would be a challenge to your average
wrestler but the fact is, I've beaten Adam before and... I can do it again.
Now the only person who I consider a real challenge to my title reign is
not even in the NeWA anymore. Adam Riggs, this match is for your eyes only...this
is what's waiting for you if you step foot in the NeWA again."
Nightmare toss the mic to the announcer and lets him announce Adam Fierce.
Fierce comes down to the ring and removes his NeWA International Title belt...he
is the number one contender to the World Championship Nightmare holds. The
two look each other over...and senior referee Sandy Barr calls for the bell
to begin the bout. They lock up collar and elbow...Nightmare grabs the left
arm, ducks under and twists it. He applies more pressure from the wrist
on Fierce...forcing Fierce to one knee. Nightmare drives his shoulder into
the tricep of Fierce forcing him to the mat face first. Nightmare underhooks
the arm and applies the "pain killer"...Fierce is in some serious
pain...but manages to reach the ropes for a break. Nightmare moves in to
grab the arm...he does and arm drags Fierce over into the middle of the
ring. Nightmare hangs onto the arm and bars it. Fierce stands...then down
quickly as he applies a drop toe hold. Nightmare falls forward and Fierce
keeps control of the left leg of Nightmare. Fierce is up...and drives an
elbow to the back of Nightmare. Fierce pulls him up...spins him around...right
into a DDT! Fierce hooks the leg...referee Sandy Barr counts: One, two,
thr-kickout! Fierce stomps on Nightmare repeatedly. Nightmare begins to
stand...Fierce drops him with a forearm. Fierce pulls Nightmare up...slings
the arm over his head...a vertical suplex. Fierce covers him...One, two,
kickout! Fierce whips Nightmare into the ropes...and drops him with a clothesline.
Fierce signals for his finisher...the "Devastation," his verion
of the Razor's Edge. Fierce hooks Nightmare...up...Nightmare shakes his
legs and arms and slide right down Fierce's back! Nightmare runs into the
ropes...off towards Fierce for a shoulder tackle...but Fierce scoops him
up and over with a powerslam!!! Fierce has the leg grapevined...Sandy Barr
counts: One, two, thr-shoulder up!!! Fierce looks frustrated as he pulls
Nightmare up. Lady Death has climbed up on the apron and is pointing and
yelling at Fierce. Fierce glances over to her...shoots her the bird...then
goes back to work on Nightmare. Fierce is going for a piledriver. He has
Nightmare up...no...Nightmare is back to his feet...Nightmare counters by
standing up and flipping Fierce over for a backdrop!!! Fierce gets up and
is met with a flying clothesline from Nightmare! Nightmare pulls Fierce
up by the hair...and gorilla press slams him! Fierce gets up...Nightmare
hooks him up...and delivers a cradle DDT!!! Sandy Barr counts: One, two,
